Sr Director of Business Development (Individual Contributor Role)

B2B sales role in the BPO/Customer Experience space. 150 to 175k base plus commissions/bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue 15-25 new logo accounts within a specific vertical market per year.
  • Drive sales process for strategic Customer Experience opportunities within certain existing accounts.
  • Act as the account lead on assigned accounts, setting the sales strategy and taking overall responsibility for developing and nurturing the client relationship.
  • Drive growth through hunting new opportunities.
  • Build and manage client relationships. Manage the shaping and closure of opportunities on assigned accounts, leveraging internal Subject Matter Experts to support.
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for the client when necessary.

 

 

Requirements: - Minimum 5 years’ experience selling complex call center outsourcing/offshoring/nearshoring solutions with a minimum of $4M annual revenue quota. - Demonstrated success selling deals in the $5 to $50M range. - Demonstrated consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing a solution selling model.
