ABOUT MICHAEL

I’m a Texas born and raised recruiter. I attended university at UT- San Antonio. That also happens to be where I began my career in recruiting as I spent summers working to recruit individuals for temp work and training programs. After graduation, I worked in recruiting for 4 years then moved across the nation to take an Enterprise Sales position with a large research & advisory firm. After 4 years, I felt family, recruiting, and Texas tugging on my heart strings so I returned to Texas. I spent over 4 years in agency recruiting then “went to the dark side” and took a role as a Corporate Sales Recruiter with a large national technology & business solutions integrator and value-added reseller. I spent over 6 years bringing together my sales and recruiting backgrounds to build my expertise in Sales Recruiting.
